We are not independent of this cosmic dance. When we breathe in oxygen (O₂), we welcome these energy particles into our existence. Each has a "memory" of its source, transferring characteristics, feelings, and inclinations onto us. This is why planetary alignments and elemental forces have been supposed to influence our personalities and fates for so long.

New physics validates the intuitive understanding of sages: all is energy. A statue's vibrations, the hue of a sacred sign, or the hum of a mantra—each interacts with our inner field of energy. In reality, the universe is not composed of dead atoms. It's a living, breathing thing, and we are its living expression. To grasp cosmic energy is to grasp ourselves—and the divine spark within.
